We have an excellent and exciting opportunity for an experienced Sales Administrator with strong customer service skills to join an international manufacturing company.
The main purpose of the role is to support with all of the administration functions required to support the U.K Customer service team
To offer all customers support on a day to day basis providing topical information regarding order progression and price and availability of product
the role is varied and will include the following duties;
* Processing sales leads into C360.
* Reviewing and accepting customer orders.
Inputting customer orders.
* Accepting and managing customer calls from advising pricing, confirming delivery information and discussing after sales care.
* Management of customer returns.
* Replenishment of stock items.
* Setting up new customer accounts.
* General administration duties as required.
You will have excellent Customer service skills and a proven office administration background. Experience of SAP would be an advantage but not essential.
You will be working 37.5 hours per week with an early finish on a Friday
This is a temporary role with the potential to become permanent in the long term.
