KHR is working with a key manufacturer in Rural Sevenoaks who is looking for a Production Operative! If you have experience operating plant and machinery and want lots of days off, then this is the role for you!

Our client is offering a competitive package amounting between £33k-35k, which includes the salary and shift allowance, as well as an added annual company bonus. In addition, the shift pattern means that there is A LOT of time off within an annual year.

The shift pattern is as follows:

4 nights/2 days off/3 days/2 days off/3 nights/2 days off/4 days/ 2 days - for 3 weeks, then following another 9 days off, the pattern starts again. That is A LOT of days off!

What will your role as a Production Operative include?
- Operating plant and machinery to produce products of the required quality
- Monitoring production output to ensure that production targets are met
- Making recommendations for necessary adjustments to machinery or processes
- Maintaining a high standard of housekeeping
- Receiving and storing all raw materials required for the production processes

Candidate profile:
- Mobile plant/Forklift truck or Shovel experience
- Experience in a continuous, similar manufacturing role
