A great opportunity has arisen within a highly successful organisation based in Medway Towns for a part-time Recruitment Resourcer.
Initially this role will be on a long-term temporary basis, however there may be an opportunity for permanent employment for the right candidate.
The hours are from 9:30 am to 2:30pm, Monday to Friday.
In this role, you will be working within a small friendly sales team, where you will use your effective team playing skills to support others in the posting and monitoring of job roles, conducting database searches, shorting listing job applicants and liaising with hiring managers to arrange interviews.
You should be educated to GCSE Level (or equivalent), and be highly proficient in using Microsoft Word and Excel.
In addition you will have:
* Excellent communication skills, with the ability to liaise with management at all levels and listen carefully to their requirements
* A positive, can-do attitude, with the resilience to overcome objections and remain calm under pressure
* The ability to be well organised and work within a fast paced, time sensitive environment.
Previous experience in a similar role would be advantageous, or ideally anyone specifically from a recruitment background.
Hourly pay rate from £11.00 per hour - depending on experience.
