A new opportunity has arisen for a Health & Social Care Training Manager to join our client based in Essex, who are one of the largest domiciliary care and support providers in Essex and Suffolk.
As the Health & Social Care Training Manager, you will be dealing with the training of care staff, delivering staff induction training and any additional (updated) training to care and support staff.
You will also be required to attend courses to keep yourself up to date with all elements of training requirements, this will then ensure the best practice in staff training and development.
Other duties of the Health & Social Care Training Manager:
Develop and maintain positive working relationships with social services, health professionals, new care staff and colleagues across departments.Ensure all electronic records are kept up to date and all paperwork is completed correctly.Attend launches of any new training initiatives with local authorities and health authorities.
We are looking to hear from personable candidates who have a minimum of 3 years’ training experience within a Health and Social Care environment.
The successful Health & Social Care Training Manager will have a Level 3 Award in Education and Training (RQF) and hold a Diploma in Health and Social Care.
We are keen to hear from candidates who have strong communication – both verbal and written.
Other requirements of the Health & Social Care Training Manager:
Must hold a clean driving license with at least 1 year of driving experience.Excellent IT skills
