Accounts Administrator
£24,000 Per annum + Excellent benefits
Based in Sevenoaks within walking distance from the station and set in a lovely location.
Hours - 9am-5pm
A working rota system from 8am - 4pm shift may also take effect Days:
My client is a Mechanical & Electrical Maintenance Company with head office in Sevenoaks looking for someone to join them during an exciting period of development.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a diverse team who interact with all areas of the company. Key Responsibilities:
Raising Work Orders
• processing purchase invoices/purchase orders
• Reconciling purchase ledger accounts
• verifying subcontractors that are CIS registered
• Sending out correspondence to suppliers/subcontractors
• Responsible that all invoices are entered monthly before month end
• Sending remittances
• Additional ad-hoc duties
