Qualifications and Skills:

Previous administration or customer service experience is essential.
Strong attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in processing and checking customer orders.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ideally, you will have a valid driving license.

Responsibilities:
As an Administration Assistant, your main responsibilities will include:
Managing the sales inbox efficiently and effectively.
Liaising with customers and suppliers, ensuring clear and timely communication.
Processing and checking customer orders accurately, maintaining our commitment to quality service.
Utilising email and systems extensively, while also demonstrating a great telephone manner.

Location: Sevenoaks
Salary: £22,000 to £28,000,
Hours: Full time 8am – 5pm
Additional information: This company values WORK-LIFE BALANCE, so if tasks have been completed, you can finish at 4.30pm - which typically happens 95% of the time
