** Job description **

This role exists to support the CRM & Digital Marketing Manager in implementing and developing the group's eCommerce, CRM and Digital Marketing activities.

You will be working closely with our CRM system (HubSpot), our group websites (Currently hosted on WordPress and another 3rd party CMS, but migrating to HubSpot CMS imminently), and managing/scheduling social media posts and email campaigns. Experience with analytics tools and building reports would also be advantageous.

This is a varied role offering exposure to many different areas of marketing. However, you will be supported by the current marketing team to develop your ability in new areas.

The ability to manage time, multiple tasks and deadlines is a necessity as you will be working with several different brands with multiple campaigns running at any one time.

Office based in Rochester, Kent (with occasional visits to the Aylesford office)



** Responsibilities **

Assist the CRM & Digital Marketing Manager in creating and executing the Group's digital marketing plan. This includes activities such as:
- Search engine optimisation (SEO)
- Pay-per-click advertising (PPC)
- Display advertising
- Social media management
- Website management to generate new business leads

Collaborate with the Marketing team to effectively use all elements of the HubSpot CRM system for implementing digital marketing activities and utilising analytics and reporting features to provide valuable feedback to the business.

Implement digital marketing strategies to grow the Group's eCommerce platform. Including, but not limited to:
- Landing pages
- Product management
- Competitor research
- Content creation

Partner with the Marketing & Communications Officer to design effective email marketing and social media campaigns that attract and convert leads.

Track marketing activity and expenses and keep a record of it in the marketing plan for ease of reference, tracking, and review.

Assist with the presentation of a monthly management report using an agreed template to review marketing activity.

Stay informed about the printing industry and our key clients to facilitate effective targeting and proactive communication.



** Requirements **

To apply for this position, you should have at least two years of experience working in a digital marketing environment. A degree or equivalent qualification, such as CIM would be advantageous, though not a requirement.

The role requires excellent English writing and proofreading skills, with keen attention to detail. You should be highly organised and able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously.

Experience using CRM systems, particularly HubSpot, is a necessity. You must have experience in managing and using content management systems such as HubSpot, WordPress and Magento, as well as analytics systems including social media and Google GA4 (and other Google marketing tools).

Analytical skills are essential, as you will need to analyse data and trends to contribute to marketing strategy and direction. You should also be able to travel independently to events and between company sites located in Aylesford and Rochester.
