Do you have excellent organisational skills and experience in administration or office management? Are you looking to work as part of a busy team, in a varied role offering flexible hours? If so then my client has a great opportunity to join them in an Office Manager role.
My client is a small, friendly firm of Accountants based in Oxted and they are looking for an experienced administrator to join their busy team as Office Manager.
Working closely with the Directors and other managers within the office, you will be responsible for providing support in a range of administrative duties including the following:
Drafting and reviewing engagement letters
Managing the client onboarding process
Various company secretarial matters incl. company formation, share transfers and corporate transactions
Filing accounts and tax returns with Companies House and HMRC
Office management to include dealing with stationery and office supplies
Supervising a part time administrator
If you are a self-starter with strong people skills and previous administration experience gained with an Accountancy Practice, then this Office Manager role could be for you!
