Location: This role is 100% based at our new HQ in Snodland, Kent (not remote working)

This Role
This is an excellent opportunity to join us on our fast-growth journey! We’re looking for an HR Administrator to join our team to assist with HR and Health and Safety administration & implementation throughout the business.

This is a newly created role to support the ongoing fast-growth of the organisation.Working alongside our external, retained HR and H&S consultants, your responsibilities will include:
• Driving the recruitment process by advertising roles, filtering CVs, conducting preemployment checks and arranging interviews. For some roles you may be required to
conduct the first interviews.
• Onboarding all new starters, including preparing offer letters and Contracts of Employment
• Prepare and issue standard HR letters as necessary
• Be the first point of contact with our external, retained HR & H&S consultants and ensure we
are following their advice
• Be the point of contact internally for any HR or H&S related queries
• Arrange H&S audits, risk assessments etc as required with our H&S consultants
• Conduct/assist with return to work meetings, performance reviews, employments reviews,
disciplinary meetings etc
• Take accurate minutes during HR meetings and share with our HR consultants
• Take ownership of employee files and ensure they are kept up to date
• Assist in the organisation of staff perks, staff social events etc

You’ll excel in this role if you have the following skills & experience:
• Very strong interpersonal skills
• Previous administrative experience
• Excellent computer literacy
• HR qualifications are useful but not necessary
• Great attention to detail and ability to perform under pressure
