Due to continued growth, the team is in a fortunate position and can consider individuals at all levels who are looking to join a successful sales team.

With a full sales and technical training program in place, there is no need to have previous experience as all the tools you require to be successful will be given to you; all that you need is the right attitude. However, if you do have previous sales experience then there are senior roles available for you!

Based in their new purpose-built office in Wrotham you will work side by side with the sales team generating new contacts, growing business, and retaining relationships.

In order to respond effectively to the diverse needs of each customer and generate new leads for the sales team duties will include;

- Cold-calling potential clients from expansive databases in order to produce sales leads
- Booking appointments for sales representatives to visit new customers
- Meeting and exceeding monthly sales target
- Maximising every sales enquiry
- Updating and maintaining the database
- Providing advice and asking questions where required

Due to the rural location, it is significantly easier to access the site if you drive and have access to your own vehicle.

Hours of work are Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm.
