ACCOUNT HANDLER/BROKER SUPPORT TECHNICIAN
HOMEWORKING/OFFICE SPLIT
City based Lloyds Broker are seeking to recruit an experienced Broker Support technician /Account handler to handle a portfolio of clients - Property, PI, Liability, Healthcare, Contingency
Mixed territories to include USA, Canada.
Administration of clients' insurance requirements including general enquiries, renewals, mid-term adjustments, accounting procedures and the preparation of all documentation.
To provide technical and administrative support to the broking team.
Deal with incoming enquiries from clients, insurers and other third parties in a professional and timely manner.
Liaise with the broking team regarding clients' insurance requirements and translate this to slip detail. Prepare MRC slips that meet current market requirements.
Prepare cover notes, broker insurance documents, debit notes and premium adjustments
Provide cover for the preparation and processing of policy documentation that meets Market Reform requirements.
Support the maintenance of the policy register and assist with the handling of enquiries from Xchanging regarding policy matters.
