Our client, a specialist Construction Company has a permanent position for a Document Controller to join their Permanent team.
Reporting to the office manager you will be responsible for:
* Creating and maintaining project folders
* Creating tender documents
* Registering each project, ensuring that drawings and other documents are downloaded and distributed
* tracking drawing updates and revisions via various portals, downloading drawings and documents
* Maintaining electronic and paper filing site diaries, plant inspection records, and materials received tickets
* creating new starter induction packs
* Monitoring and managing environmental compliance documents
* Preparing project programmes
* Assisting the Health and Safety Manager with admin tasks
* Arranging for laboratory testing to be carried out on site, tracking test samples and recording results
To be considered for this role you will need:
* 2 year's plus experience in a similar role
* Good verbal and written skills
* Confident and positive attitude to work
* Excellent typing skills
* Good understanding of Microsoft Word and Excel
Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm.
SALARY £25,000-£30,000
