A new instruction for a permanent Junior Packaging Technologist with a global manufacturing client in the area.

The role is placed within R & D Packaging Department and report to the Technical Manager and Senior Packaging Technologist.

Skills Required:
We are searching for someone with a university degree or Diploma in an accredited body in Packaging or relevant Engineering discipline, or equivalent industry experience.
Must be a team player.
Knowledge of the development of various types of packaging and packaging components, ie. cans, pumps, actuators, bottles, tubes corrugates etc and technical testing of the considered elements.
Knowledge of manufacturing techniques for consumer products would be beneficial.
Good project management skills, with ownership mentality.
The ability to manage multiple projects, work cross functionally/internally n deliver against company business goals and objectives.
Strong report writing, communication and presentation skills.
Proven delivery focus.
