In this role you will....
- Manage a small team including recruitment, training and development; providing coaching and an escalation point as needed;
- Overseeing the logistical delivery of service accurately and within deadlines including managing suppliers and major orders;
- Resolve key client and escalated client queries to positive solution such as contract changes/upgrades, or bespoke service needs;
- Work with Senior Management to introduce and improve new process; report on performance with a focus on meeting SLAs;
- Fulfil relevant compliance and administrative duties.
£40-50,000 + benefits
