We are currently recruiting for Cleaning Supervisors for our client based in West Thurrock in a busy shopping centre.
Responsibilities:
Supports head of department
To manage stock and inventory
Assist management with the hiring process
Be the go-to for staff
Conduct team briefings to update staff on best practice and expectations
Take an active role in the performance management of the team, conduct meetings and outline actions for underperforming staff
Ensure all targets are met
Working Hours:
Rotating shift pattern
Week 1 - 6am - 3.30pm
Week 2 - 12.30pm - 10.00pm
5 on 3 off shift pattern - will include working some full weekends
The ideal candidate will have supervisory cleaning experience.
