Our client who specialises in caring for young people have an urgent position for a permanent Head of Quality, Compliance and New Business to join their growing team.
Reporting to the board of directors you will be responsible for:
* Leading and driving quality and compliance processes to achieve evidence based good practice to meet regulatory and legislative standards, and delivery of outcome based services for the people they support
* Provide key business information to ensure KPI targets are monitored and reported to the board
* Lead on safeguarding across the board and implementing policy and procedures
* Actively seek opportunities for business growth and submit relevant tenders to support this
To be considered for this role you will need:
* Professional management qualifications or willingness to work towards
* Experience of leading and developing safeguarding and quality initiatives
* Experience of leading bids and tenders
* Ability to travel to different locations
* Enhanced DBS
Hours are 9am to 5.30pm, Monday to Friday.
Salary - £50-55,000 plus 4% pension contribution.
