We're looking for a Head of Asset Investment to work within our sector leading Asset Investment Partnership to deliver Clarion's annual asset investment plan in South London and South regions positively impacting our residents' homes.



About the role



As Head of Asset Investment you'll be responsible for the delivery of the Clarion annual asset investment plan for the South and South London region. Along with the regional investment responsibilities for the South London and South regions you are also responsible for the national delivery of the Mechanical and Electrical Investment programme.



You will work with various internal and external stakeholders to implement Clarion's asset strategies to ensure the required investment in Clarion residents' homes.

Working alongside other regional Heads of Asset Investment and the Head of Asset Management you will play a key role in leading Innovation and Communication strategies within Investment Delivery.



You'll be accountable for the operating and financial results against delegated plans and budgets to ensure cost efficiency for the Group and will forecast against a 5 year investment programme budget and maintain a rolling detailed 18 month programme defined within borough areas and aligned to asset strategies.



Working with the Group Executives, you'll define short and long-term objectives, identifying how delivery of investment plans can support and align to the aims to achieve the Groups objectives.



About you



To be successful, you'll need demonstrable experience in the delivery of large complex asset investment plans across multiple regions. You'll have sound experience of working in partnership arrangements with an open book contract cost model to deliver complex plans to high levels of customer satisfaction, on time and within budget. We're looking for someone with a solid understanding of the social housing environment, excellent stakeholder management skills and substantial experience in Project Management/managing teams particularly across multiple locations.
