My client is looking to recruit an experienced Accounts Payable Clerk to join their well-known, reputable business based in Mid Kent.
Duties include:
* Processing supplier invoices and credit notes
* Supplier accounts reconciliation
* Aged Creditor reports
* Monthly and Bi-Weekly payment runs
* Direct Debit allocation
* Preparing necessary documents for year-end audit
* Setting up supplier accounts
The successful candidate will be self-motivated with previous experience in a similar role and have excellent Microsoft Office/Excel skills.
In return the company is offering a competitive salary depending on experience, a generous benefits package and study support provided to candidates wishing to continue with their studies.
