Leading Motor specialist have a new role - focused and account management
You are responsible for managing, developing, and monitoring the broker relationships and sales activity with a specified panel of broker.
* Managing the relationship between brokers and broker services, underwriting, accounts, claims, agency and product delivery.
* Achievement of premium growth targets set
* Compile reports and provide commentary on key performance changes for your portfolio of brokers.
* Develop and maintain relationships with your portfolio of brokers.
* Attend regular meetings as agreed
* Focus on costs, process improvements and /or efficiency to contribute to the profitability.
* Managing quality control in terms of broker delivery and quality of business to meet agreed growth targets.
* Identify and develop new broker accounts
* Identify cross sell opportunities
