Payment Specialist

Our client is looking for a Payment Specialist to join their welcoming, supportive and vibrant team on a permanent basis.
Responsibilities:
* Investigating and resolving payment queries
* Monitoring and testing of payment transaction limits
* Ensuring compliance with payments scheme rules and guidance
* Provide and maintain exceptionally high levels of customer service via live chat, email and phone
* Be the first port of call for payment related queries and concerns
* Show pro activeness and ownership skills to solve customer problems
* Manage internal queries relating to payment operations
Desirable Attributes:
* Has good understanding of payment schemes (Faster Payment, BACs, Direct Debits etc.) and their relevant guidelines
* Has investigation and problem solving skills
* Has a collaborative team approach
