Our client, an established and successful logistics company has an exciting opportunity for a Permanent Trainee Logistics Coordinator to join their successful team.
You will initially be shadowing an experienced member of staff whilst learning on the job.
Once trained you will be responsible for:
Planning drivers routes.
Building strong relationships with subcontractors nationwide.
Liaising with drivers.
Dealing with delivery issues.
Shift administration.
Any other transport related duties.
The ideal person will be well educated with a confident and enthusiastic personality. You must also be a team player, lateral thinker and be able to work under pressure.
This is an excellent opportunity for somebody looking for a career in transport.
Applicants must have their own transport due the location of the company.
Hours 8am to 5pm, Monday to Friday
