We are currently seeking a Contracts Developer for our client based on Essex, who specialise in commercial heating solutions.

 

As the Contracts Developer, you will maintain and grow sales contracts, explaining package features to customers, and extracting required information from the in-house IT systems to produce targeted mailshots and campaigns.

On a day-to-day basis, you will be assisting with loading jobs and contracts onto the company system, and managing incoming calls, ensuring they are dealt with correctly.

Duties of the Contracts Developer:
 


Create quotations for maintenance contract and follow up via phone and emailDeveloping new ways of obtaining and securing new maintenance contractsSecuring contracts by following up on leads from Service Engineers for maintenance contractsLiaison with internal marketing department in relation to the production of marketing literature.Liaison with Service co-ordinators, engineers to maximise potential contract gain
 

The successful Contracts Developer will be used to working in a targeted environment, have an awareness of marketing and an excellent telephone manner.
