An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Warehouse H&S Administrator to work in Essex for our client, who deliver high quality Warehouse, Distribution and Logistics services.

 

As the Warehouse H&S Admin, you will be assisting the HR Manager in general administration, ensuring Health and Safety legislation is maintained at sites.

You will prepare risk assessments and safe working procedures for department roles alongside Directors and Department Managers.

Duties of the Warehouse H&S Admin:


Managing the up-keep of equipment and supplies, ensuring they meet Health & Safety standardsDetermine if buildings require repairs or renovations by doing inspections on the structureControl activities such as waste disposal, building security etc.Ensure all records are completed correctly and kept for any compliance requirementsDealing with General Administration of the Health, Safety and Security requirements
 

The successful Warehouse Health & Safety Administrator will have a level 5 H&S qualification, project management skills and excellent communication skills.

We are keen to speak with highly motivated candidates who have ideally qualified at IWFM (Institute of Workplace and Facilities Management) or IOSH (Institution of Occupational Safety and Health).
