An exciting position has recently come in for a German speaking accountant to join a successful and growing organisation in Tunbridge Wells. My client is looking at all options whether it is full or part time. This is due to company growth and will be a role which becomes an integral part of both the UK and Germany finance function.
Key responsibilities and experience include:
-German + English speaker
-Running management accounts for German subsidiary from UK
-Budgeting and forecasting
-Variance analysis
-Sales analysis
-Preparation of accounts for German tax advisor
-Liaising with the Berlin General Manager
-Visiting Berlin regularly (every 2-3 months)
-Dealing with UK projects especially as the ERP system beds in
This role will require important communication as you will be liaising with the German and UK office on a regular basis. My client is open on education but someone who has a relevant accountancy qualification would be ideal.
