Premier Work Support are pleased to be working with a rapidly expanding business to recruit for a permanent Receptionist, based in the Erith area.
The receptionist will support senior management, including Key reports, filing, and record keeping. The ideal candidate will be competent in prioritising and working with little supervision. You will be self-motivated and trustworthy. In addition, you will ensure smooth running of the company office.
Job role:
* Represent the business at all times in a welcoming yet professional manner.
* Greet visitors; ensure they are made comfortable until host arrives.
* Ensure all visitors are effectively signed in and out and made aware of health and safety policy.
* Answer calls and direct them to the correct person.
* Incoming post and outgoing courier deliveries.
* Photocopies and files appropriate documents as needed.
* Coordinate meeting room bookings & ensure meeting rooms, presentation room and reception area are kept looking smart, welcoming, and planning refreshments.
* Support upper management in ensuring there is good record keeping and compliance.
This is a full-time position. Hours of work will be Monday to Friday, 8.30am - 5.30pm.
