Venrec are pleased to be recruiting on behalf of our client for an experienced Freight Forwarder / Customs Manager to join their established company based in Aylesham, Canterbury
This is an excellent opportunity to join an established, growing company where there is a real opportunity to develop and progress
The successful candidate will have the following skills and experience:
- Previous experience working within Freight Forwarding
- Experience with customs clearing processes
- Previous experience working as a Team Leader or Manager is essential
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team
- The ability to work well under pressure and to meet deadlines
The role entails:
- Managing all aspects of Freight Forwarding
- Managing a team within a busy, growing department
- Focusing on the UK and EU road freight market
Other details:
- The salary for this position is dependent on experience
- Monday to Friday 08:30 - 18:30, however flexibility is required
