Our client a large specialist recyclable and waste exporter are seeking an Export Documentation Clerk to join their busy team in Essex.

 

As the Export Documentation Clerk, you will be completing export entries, ensure all rate are on file and correct, and chase for missing information i.e. Bill of lading instructions and UCR’s.

The successful Export Documentation Clerk will ideally have Documentation experience, knowledge/experience of Exports and excellent communication skills as you will be liaising with customers and agents via email and telephone.

Receive B/L instructions from clients, send to back office for entering in the system, monitorRaise invoices and issue credits to overseas agentComplete AMS entriesMake sure all rates are on files and are correct
