Permanent Property Manager required for an established North London Property company.

Reporting to the General Manager you will be responsible for:

* Property Inspections
* Attending and dealing with tenant queries
* Meeting contractors at sites
* Carrying out property inspections
* Overseeing works carried out
* Inventory control
* Arranging documentation

Previous experience in this field is essential as is:

* Excellent attention to detail
* A strong, confident personality with a 'can do' attitude
* Naturally organised approach
* Ability to liaise effectively with clients, contractors and residents

Hours: 9:00am - 6.30pm Monday to Thursday, 9:00am - 6:00pm on Friday, 9:30am - 4:00pm on Saturday.

Salary £27,000 - £28,000.
