We are looking for a Head of Supply Chain to join our team based in Faversham. This will be a diverse role in which the successful candidate will take responsibility for all stages of the supply chains in the various areas of our organisation.

In this role, you will develop strong business relationships with key internal and external stakeholders and work proactively to improve existing processes.

AN IDEA OF THE ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Develop and lead a small team

· Be the main conduit between sales, production and logistics teams

· Complete network Forecasting by SKUs

· Control & coordinate stock takes (finished goods)

· Optimise plans and improve live run time

· Coordinate and control monthly rolling sales forecasts

· Participate in SNOP meeting

· Work closely with the production accountant

· Improve efficiency throughout the supply chain, eliminate waste and rework

· Own the SKU rationalisation process

· Provide regular insightful reporting on all elements of the supply chain function. Transform reporting.

· Supply production procurement teams with rolling forecasts to support ordering of inputs


Skills & Experience

· SAP experience is highly beneficial

· Experience of a similar role

· Excellent skills in relationship building and internal stakeholder management.

· Highly analytical, with proven record of problem solving

· Highly enthusiastic, self-drive and strong commercial acumen.

· IOSCM is desirable, or working toward professional membership.

· Working knowledge of HMRC Excise compliance, rules and regulations

· Proficient in MS Word and Power Point

· Advanced level Excel user

· Full driving license is required

Full time, 37.5 hours per week. 08:30 - 17:00, Monday to Friday with 1 hour lunch (unpaid).
