I am working with a well-established dealership based in Tonbridge who are looking to expand their service team. They are recruiting for a self-driven and enthusiastic service advisor to join their team.
The purpose of the service advisor role is you keep continued excellence of customer service to regular and new customers.
The day to day role will include:
Delivering excellent service to customers re their vehicles
Answering customer questions
Scheduling appointments
Help customers determine what services they need based on their vehicle maintenance issues
The skillset and experience required:
Previous experience as a service advisor
Knowledge on MOT, Warranty etc..
Previous experience on systems
Excellent customer service skills
Candidate must drive and have a valid licence
Extras:
Full time permanent role
Monday to Friday
1 hour for lunch
8am – 6pm
Saturdays are worked every other 8am-1pm
Pension scheme
Car scheme after 6 months
Salary £28000-£30000
