Job Vacancy for an enthusiastic labourer/apprentice looking to learn new skills and develop.

We are looking for a fit and able person willing to learn fast in our industry of refitting ships and commercial boat interiors.
We are a small successful company based in Dover for 22 years, we work around the country carrying out part and full accommodation refurbishments onboard ships and London based trip boats. An opportunity has arisen within our small, dedicated team for someone who is looking to develop and progress themselves over time to a skilled position.

To fit into our team, you must have a hard-work ethic, happy to turn your hand to most aspects of our work either under supervision or on your own, we’ll also train as necessary – a bright positive attitude is key. You must be willing to work away from home from time to time, hold a full clean driver’s licence and ideally have transport. You may come from a building or shop fitting background and looking to use existing skills and develop within a different industry.
Being a Marine operation, we work around water and so you must be confident with this. Like most professional industries Health and Safety is paramount to us and so you will have an understanding of the basics, we will do the rest with you.

Being a small team, we work very closely together to ensure our clients receive a professional high-end job from people who care about the end result.

This will be a full-time roll involving some weekends and mostly working onboard ships and boats that maybe in service, dry dock or alongside.

Wages are commensurate with experience and attitude.
