Network Engineer
I am working with a large UK company who are looking for Cisco focused Network Engineers to come and join the team. They are looking for someone who can act as the technical authority for everything Cisco, ideally CCNP certified with knowledge of Windows Server.
The role will involve installation, configuration and troubleshooting of switches, routers, firewalls and anything else network focused. There will also be the need to perform network monitoring, deliver projects and work with other teams to ensure systems are operating to meet business needs.
* CCNP or equivalent level
* Technical authority in Cisco switched and routing technologies
* Excellent skill sets in Microsoft Server environment including both hosted and cloud-based solutions
* TCP/IP experience and networking skills including working with dynamic routing protocols and VLANS
* Previously supported a Network switched infrastructure
* Experience configuring and maintaining Industry Standard Firewalls (preferably Cisco ASA & IOS) and VPNs
* Previously managed small technical projects from conception through to completion
