This is an exciting opportunity to join a legal firm as an Accounts & Credit Control Assistant. You will assist in the smooth running of the Accounts department to meet demanding deadlines. You must have excellent accuracy, attention to detail and clear verbal and written communication skills.
Responsibilities:
* Send statements and reminder letters to clients
* Complete all transactions (client, office and nominal)
* Daily banking
* Purchase ledger invoices and payments
* Process petty cash reconciliations
* Assist and process credit card statements
* Process transfers (client - office / client - client)
* General administrative duties
Full time - Monday to Friday 09:00 - 17:00
