We are currently recruiting for a forward thinking and enthusiastic Finance Manager to support in our client based in Pembury
The post holder will work within Senior Management Team producing high quality business reports and new business cases for future development plans.
CORE REQUIREMENTS
* A meticulous eye for detail and ability to confidently analyse statical data and financial information
* Proven experience of manipulating data within a target driven environment
* Skilled in producing transparent financial reports and building of business cases
* Good working knowledge and confident in the use of Emis searches but initial training will be provided to support the candidate to the level they need to be.
* High level of proficiency in Excel using this to write succinct, clearly understandable reports to back senior decision making
* Excellent communication skills as well as the ability to clearly articulate complex information both verbally and in writing
* Experience in dealing with contracts and good knowledge of PCN DES, IIF and Care Homes targets
Experience required
Previous proven experience of financial reporting
Experience using the clinical system EMIS and running searches
Able to produce clear, accurate, concise reporting including relevant charts and graphs
Able to use Microsoft Office applications with above average capability with Word, PowerPoint and particularly Excel.
Previously worked within the Health Sector
This role will be 2-3 days per week on a 12 month contract
some face to face meetings in Tunbridge Wells may be required
