Our client in Sandwich is expanding their team and is looking for a Cloud & Network Engineer to join them to provide 1st/2nd line support to the operational team and customers. The role will involve attending sites and data centres when required, liaising with third party suppliers and delivering an exemplary level of customer service.
This role will see you working with a mix of clients and the ability to multi taskwhilst managing an ever changing list of priorities will be critical to this position. Strong working knowledge of the following areas required.
* MSP experience
* Service Desk
* Windows OS / Server up to 2019
* Active Directory / GPO
* Exchange / Office 365
* Antivirus
* Firewalls
* Networking
* Knowledge of VOIP
* Knowledge of network security
Required Qualifications/ Requirements
* Experience of working in a Managed Service Provider environment
* Keen to learn new skills and develop professionally
In return you can expect a competitive basic annual salary, please indicate your current salary on application. 25+8 days holiday rising to 30 days + 8 after five years' service. There's a discretionary performance bonus in December. Activity team days out and evening meals. Training provided on new technologies. Based on site, but travel required to other locations, so driving license is essential.
