Accounts Manager role with a strong emphasis on Purchase Ledger
Salary: £38,000
The role
You will be the contact for dealing and resolving all purchase ledger issues. The role requires close working with the procurement team. You'll ensure all processing of payments is in line with best practice and our internal regulatory framework, to the expected standard, to reduce risk of failure and fraud. A key task is ensuring appropriate controls and procedures are followed.
You'll need to have:
* Proven experience of working within accounts payable, and handling the processes from start to finish
* Experience of supervising and managing Purchase Ledger team
* Excellent attention to detail
* Excellent communications skills
* Experience of working with wider stakeholders at all levels
* Experience of implementing or enhancing a P2P system
* Excellent excel skills
* Abilities to produce KPI's
* Ability to prioritise a busy workload
* Self-motivation
* A positive attitude
