We are recruiting for an experienced Email Marketing Consultant in a part-time role (20hrs) with the flexibility to choose your working days and hours.

The successful candidate will be part of a dynamic yet supportive team. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and driven individual with CRM and automation experience.

Reporting to our Creative and Marketing Manager, your focus will be to work directly with our clients to build email and marketing automation campaigns.

You will be responsible for managing the performance of email marketing and automation campaigns in accounts in numerous B2B verticals to meet our clients' business KPIs and objectives at the different stages of the marketing funnel.

What you'll be doing:

**Work with a broad range of B2B clients in sectors including Financial Services, Engineering and everything in-between!
**Building campaign templates and automation workflow in the buyer's journey to suit each client's needs
**A/B Testing
**Find innovative ways to bring users into the email funnel and profile them to create increasingly targeted interactions
**Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry best practices and legislative changes
**Monitor campaign performance and make recommendations based on user engagement
**Create innovative and interesting email marketing campaigns
**Develop campaign-specific automated journeys


!!Desired experience!!


**1-2 years of experience in email marketing/marketing automation - Agency experience is a big plus!

**Experience in conceiving, planning and implementing automated journeys

**Use of targeting content within emails to maximise relevancy and engagement

**Knowledge of progressive profiling and customer data curation in a compliant manner

**Awareness of industry best practices

**Confidently speak about marketing campaigns with internal and external stakeholders to assist in client projects

**Ability to produce in-depth analysis and reporting based on campaign performance

!! Knowledge of HubSpot is desirable but NOT essential as full certificate training will be part of your induction process !!
