Aspire European Living is a busy growing furniture import company.
We manufacture from around the world and supply furniture to retailers in the UK & Europe.
Aspire is currently looking for someone to cover maternity leave but to also join our small but mighty team!

Role: Administrator – Maternity Cover
Requirements:
• Managing all aspects of the order process form receipt of order / customer liaison through to delivery and after service
• Good Microsoft skills, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint essential
• Telephone, email and letters with general office duties
• Assisting sales agents and team with sales ordering on bespoke computer system
• 5 mornings a week 8:30am-1pm. Extra hours if needed
• Looking for reliability, use of initiative, prioritizing workload and working closely with other team members.
