Site Manager - 15 unit Housing Scheme, Kent. Local developer. Permanent opportunity £competitive, Immediate

A well established Local housebuilding contractor working across Kent and South East London seek an experienced site manager for a newbuild residential scheme in the Sevenoaks area. The company are long established and work across both HA and private sectors typically working on projects of between 10 - 80 units, With over 10 live sites and several new schemes starting the role is part of a natural expansion. The initial Project is a Traditional build, private developments of 15 units. Starting imminently the role is long term with stable freelance or permanent candidates considered
Your new role
As site manager you will be number 1 on site responsible for all day to day actions. You will manage subcontractors, ensure health and safety, call of materials, ensure quality control and be the main liaison for the site reporting on progress and recording all relevant information. You will report to a visiting contracts manager and have an office based QS and buyer for support. An assistant will join the scheme once internals begin.
What you'll need to succeed
You will be an experienced Site manager with a background of managing new build private residential schemes, You will be comfortable building a 20 unit site from groundworks through to handover and hold valid first aid, CSCS and SMSTS qualifications.
What you'll get in return
The role is paying a competitive all in salary of up to £60,000 experience dependant. The company has a high retention rate and a full orderbook for 2022/3 - This is an excellent opportunity to join a stable, medium sized Contractor who work almost exclusively in the Kent and SE region.
