We have the opportunity of working for a forward-thinking online business 2 business company, due to their expansion & growth they are looking to expand their new telesales team based in Tunbridge Wells.



The role:



We are looking for an experience sales executive, to join the growing team, it would be advantageous if you some account management or business development experience, but this is not essential and will be coached.

The role will involve the opening and development of new business opportunities through, calling existing business prospects and fresh clients who are looking to increase their website traffic and improve their lead/ profit generation.

Through this role you have the potential to earn uncapped commission as well as a comfortable basic, as well as the potential for growth within the company.



Day-to-Day responsibilities:



* High volume, Out-bound calling to companies who are using the free services to up sell to a paid service.
* Setting up demonstration appointments to present the service to each prospect
* Achieve daily, weekly, monthly targets
* Present unique solutions and industry leading services, which help increase website exposure
* Reviewing your sales pipeline on an ongoing basis to ensure sales conversions are maximised.

As they are a new office, they are seeking dynamic staff that are highly motivated, ambitious and who would look to in future progress into a managerial role.



Suitable Candidates:



* Positive attitude



* Able to work well within a team or on your own initiative



* Have a good level of telephone confidence looking to make (50 - 70) Daily calls



* Basic understanding of IT systems



* Able to comfortably deal with objections



Salary & Details

* New offices are based in Tunbridge wells
* 9-5pm Monday - Friday
* No weekends
* Immediate start
* £18-£23k basic DOE
* Uncapped commission (realistic £4k-£12k per year)
