Contracts Manager - SE London - Residential bias - Established Main contractor - £90k + package

Your new company
An established Residential Main Contractor operating across the Greater South London area now seek an experienced Contracts Manager to join the established team. Following an extremely successful few years they now have an orderbook in excess of £80 million over the next year with multiple new schemes starting in the coming months. As a result of increased workload they now seek an experienced Contract manager to join the current team on a permanent basis.

Your new role
As contracts manager you will have overall responsibility for between 2 to 3 projects. You will be responsible for Site set up, co-ordinating services, Programming, preparing method statements & logistic plans, Overseeing the site management teams & working closely with both internal & external parties to ensure the projects run to time and budget.

What you'll need to succeed
You will need a Clear and obvious background in contracts management, ideally with a Residential main contractor. You will have experience of residential new builds and be comfortable heading site & Commercial teams as well as multiple sites.
