Jayar Components Ltd Established in 1976, we are the leading independent supplier of quality car parts, workshop consumables and garage tools & equipment in the South East of England.
We are looking for an experienced Accounts and Payroll Assistant to join our busy and friendly team at our head office in Aylesford Kent.
Duties will include –
Credit control
Month end processing and reporting
Posting daily receipts from both online banking and cash banking
Reconciling customer accounts
Assisting the payroll department with the processing of payroll on a monthly basis
General administration duties
Any other duties required by the Sales Ledger Manager, Payroll Manager and the Directors of the company to assist with the smooth running of the business as a whole
A knowledge of Sage 50cloud Payroll and Excel an advantage.
Training will be given.
Full Time, Permanent - 35 hours per week, Monday - Friday
