Working at trainee level, this role begins with full and comprehensive training, before moving into a hands-on analyst and help desk role, within which you will manage portfolio of queries and enquiries from existing clients, assisting investigate, resolve or escalate support issues first-line, as well as delivering training and implementation support to clients.

Super starting salary £19-21,000

The ideal candidate would have studied a degree or undertaken further extracurricular study, and be excited for a career in the sector. You must have excellent written and verbal communication skills, and be capable of learning processes thoroughly and effectively,
