£22,000-26,000 per annum dependant on experience

Our client is looking for experienced Claims Handlers to join their established team based in West Malling.

Job Role:

- Take full details of RTA claims
- Make liability judgments
- Promote services including Hire and Repair
- Make referrals to third parties regarding property damage and personal injury

You must have:

- Strong customer service skills
- Motor claim handling experience - preferred
- Call centre/ call handling background
- Motivated self-starter
- Persuasive, strong and confident communicator
- PC literate with excellent administration and processing skills
- Ability to work in a team

Hours for this role are 9am-5pm Monday to Friday.
