Venrec are pleased to be recruiting for a Recruitment Consultant to join our growing team based in Maidstone, Kent
About us:
Venrec are a progressive permanent recruitment agency which was established in 2018. We are now looking to add an additional permanent recruitment consultant to our team to assist with our demand.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is looking to join a growing business where there is room to develop and progress.
We recruit for multiple sectors, including but not limited to: Accountancy, Care, Admin/Office staff, Construction, IT, Sales, Logistics and Training.
The role entails:
- Interviewing candidates - through telephone, Zoom or face to face
- Assisting candidates through the whole recruitment process
- Generating new clients and leads through marketing
- Building and developing relationships with clients through regular contact
- Admin tasks - formatting CV's, arranging interviews, etc.
A successful candidate will have the following skills and experience:
- Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal
- The ability to work both independently and as part of a small team
- The ability to self-motivate
- Confidence speaking with both clients and candidates
The salary for this position is between £20,000 - £25,000 + commission
