Atlas Recruitment Group are currently looking for Engineering Recruiters & IT Recruiters to join our remote based, UK wide team. You will be 'account managing' some of our prestigious, multinational, blue chip clients across their multiple UK sites. Within this role you will be responsible for the account management of our client's recruitment process. Acting as a trusted partner, you will be working on high value placements of technically skilled professionals, offering regular advice and feedback to the clients on process, salary benchmarking and general market conditions.

You will be managing a desk consisting of clients that have been working with Atlas Recruitment Group for many years. Continuing to provide a quality service, while building ever better relationships for long term growth where possible.

The ideal candidates for these positions will be well versed in working on a wide range of Engineering or IT positions. You will be self motivated with a desire to provide excellent customer service. You will possess a strong work ethic and will have impeccable communication skills when dealing with clients, candidates and colleagues. You will be expected to self manage your own desk and will be capable of working independently of others, as well as being an active part of a wider virtual team of like minded recruiters from around the UK.
