HNW Insurance Account Handler

Barker Munro Recruitment Ltd has an exciting role for an Insurance Account handler for an extremely well respected and well established group working from their Kent office

As a HNW Insurance Account Handler, your duties will include helping to generate new leads and progress existing sources of business, converting leads generated ensuring the clients’ needs are fully represented and hitting/exceeding individual and team targets for income, conversion rates and lead generation. You will be responsible for supporting clients' needs in the arrangement of their insurance whilst lending a hand to other areas of the day to day business including IT development.

Candidates need to have excellent communication skill and be confident liaising with clients over the phone in negotiations. You will need to have Insurance experience, this is a must, ideally within residential, HNW or property related insurance business alongside an introduction to Insurance qualifications. As a New Business Account Handler, you will be exposed to studying the CII and this will be fully supported and developed by the client.
