About the role: ​​​​​​Are you a highly organised and efficient Administrator? Do you work with a high level of professionalism in everything that you do? Are you looking for an admin role within an inspiring school setting​​​​​​​? The Hundred of Hoo Academy has an exciting opportunity to appoint an Exams Administrator to join them as soon as possible.

Our successful candidate will be supporting the Examinations Manager to ensure the effective operation of administrative aspects of both external and internal examinations, including entry and delivery. ​​​​​​​We are looking for someone who will offer a friendly and helpful service, have willingness to use their initiative and have a solutions driven attitude.

This is a permanent opportunity offering an actual salary of £16,773 (£19,124 full time equivalent) based on 37 hours per week (8.00am - 4.00pm Monday - Thursday, 8.00am - 3.30pm Fridays), Term Time + 2 weeks inset.



Working with our academy: The Hundred of Hoo Academy is a secondary school at the heart of the community and our small school model ensures that each and every student gets the personal support and challenge they need to reach their full potential. The academy is divided into three colleges – Athena, Forseti and Neptune each having their own personality and range of specialisms, allowing them to be unique.

The Hundred of Hoo Academy is a high achieving institution. Our last Ofsted inspection notes “Leaders’ clear determination and unwaveringly high expectations ensure a culture of continual improvement.”, that Hundred of Hoo’s “well-established learning routines support teachers’ high expectations for pupils’ conduct and engagement with their learning”.
