Customer/Sales Advisor - £21,000 per annum, plus monthly bonus & great benefits

May starts with Immediate interviews

Rural Maidstone

Hours - Mon - Sunday - working 5 days per week (2 days in the office/ 3 days from home after training)

(Must be able to work 37.5 hours weekly shifts. All Shifts are on a rotation between the hours of 8am-10pm, Monday to Sunday. Any Weekend work would be from at home.)

A fantastic opportunity for an Inbound Customer Advisor has opened for a driven and results orientated individual looking to join a thriving business just outside of Maidstone in a beautiful location.

As an Inbound Advisor you will be fully trained to deal with all inbound customer enquiries, where you will provide advice on products, cross and up-sell additional products, all whilst providing excellent customer experience.

We are looking for passionate customer orientated people who not only possess amazing customer service skills but also have a natural flare for up-selling amazing products and building engaging relationships with customers.

Duties include.

* Dealing with inbound customer service queries in relation to products, pricing & technical information
* Up-selling additional products to better the customer's current package and requirements.
* Work towards reaching daily, weekly, and monthly new customer conversion targets
* Keeping customer databases up to date and to a high standard
* Working to set KPIs

Please note; If successful you will be expected to work the first four weeks full time in the office whilst completing full and through training on all products offered by the company! Once this is completed, you will then go onto a shared shift pattern

To be considered for this role you will have/be:

* You can come from any customer related environment, i.e., retail, hospitality, and phone-based customer services
* You will be customer focussed; with the ability to offer outstanding service on the telephone
* Must be able to work 37.5 hours weekly shifts. All Shifts are on a rotation between the hours of 8am-10pm, Monday to Sunday. Any Weekend work would be from at home.
* Target driven and confident working to KPIs
* Strong communication skills
* A natural problem solver, using your own initiative to resolve any issues as and when they arise
* Ambitious with energy and drive; demonstrating a passion to progress
* Happy for the company to undertake a DBS and full Credit Check before you start, so no CCJ's etc
* Access to transport is required due to location

* Salary increases after 2 months of employment if targets are met, this is then reviewed every 3 months.
