Sales Support Administrator

My client is looking for an experienced Sales Support Administrator to join their family business.

As Sales Support Administrator you will be working as part of a busy team, the ideal candidate will be a quality-driven organised individual who is able to work under pressure while maintaining a strong customer focus.

Key Responsibilities:

General Sales Support Administrator Duties:

* Carrying out clerical duties such as answering phone calls, responding to phone calls and emails in order to keep the business operations running smoothly

* Provide administrative support to departments across the company including some elements of Customer Services, Operations, Accounts, Logistics, IT, Service Delivery & Stock Control

* General office administration including filing, diary management & reports

* Other duties in various departments during busy periods

Customer Services

* Answering telephones inquiries - UK and Export

* Responding to Customer Emails - UK and Export

* Daily / Weekly / Monthly reporting to Customers

* Processing quotes and orders on IT System

* Part identification using external websites/spreadsheets

* Identify part lead times and confirm to the customer

* Obtaining Purchase Order's from customers for service repairs

* Issue repair job numbers to service customers

* Track units through IT system and request cost authorization were required

* Contact Service customers for purchase orders or payment

* Booking collections with couriers

* Processing out of warranty repairs including organizing collections with customers and liaising with couriers as required

OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR REQUIREMENTS:

* Computer literate and proficient in a variety of computer software applications including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)

* Outstanding abilities to communicate in person, in writing and over the phone

* Good organizational skills & attention to detail

* Conscientious with a strong sense of quality

* Strong customer focus

* Ability to work and take instruction from Managers but also to work independently

* Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize own workload and work to deadlines

* Flexibility and willingness to help in all departments
